TO all EPA ARES/RACES organizations:
You are encouraged to support additional redundant 24/7
Telpac nodes with -10 SSIDs. You are also welcome to use
w3eoc.no-ip.com as the primary telnet host and enjoy hubbing services if links
with the Winlink CMS fail. Your secondary and
tertiary telnet hosts should be widely separated and out-of-area for
reliable internet redundancy. The frequency you choose
should NOT be 145.690 inside or near Chester County! Please
coordinate frequencies with W3QA@arrl.net.
Paclink AGW/Outlook and Airmail client software are supported!
If you need an elmer, call me at 610-431-4227.
Future plans at Glenn Run:
W3EOC-10 145.75 Telpac port
W3EOC-4 145.75 Digiplex Node/Digi
Watch for station and frequency changes!
